Our family tries to go camping each Summer. I love spending time with my hubby and kiddos in the great outdoors. We have so much fun hiking, boating, swimming, and of course, making smores. Next month, we will be camping in Cherokee, North Carolina. I'm so excited to capture more great memories.

My Little Shoebox and Glue Arts

This month at My Little Shoebox, we are teaming up with Glue Arts products. I created this card with the "Sew Cute" collection by MLS. I love using Glue Arts Raise-N's to add dimension to my cards and layouts. I used them to "pop" my pin cushion off this card.

Join us for the April challenge at My Little Shoebox. We love our Farmer's Market collection so we'd love to see you create a project using our Farmer's Market collection for one or all three of the categories listed below.

Layout- Create a 12x12 layout of any theme with our Farmer's Market collection utilizing the paper, cardstock stickers, acrylic stamps, glitter letters or mini alphas.
Card- Create a card of any theme with our Farmer's Market collection utilizing the paper, cardstock stickers, acrylic stamps, glitter letters or mini alphas.
Stamping- Create a stamped project of your choice with our Farmer's Market acrylic stamps and coordinating collection.

Now that we've given you the challenge...it's time to find out what you can win!! The winner of the layout category will win $50.00 in MLS product from a collection of their choice. Imaginisce Roly Rosies and Roly Posies Release

Hi, friends! Welcome to the Imaginisce Roly Rosies and Roly Posies Release Party. I can't wait to share the new FABRIC flowers by Imaginisce. This is a pic of the new Badge/Pin Combo. It is perfect for pinning and sticking your flowers to just about anything.

I just loved this hat when I bought it, but it needed some pizazz. I added the polka dot ribbon and Imaginisce Roly Rosies and Roly Posies. It was perfect to wear on a beautiful, sunny Mother's Day.

Here is a close-up of the flowers. Aren't they just beautiful? I love the fabulous texture and contrasting patterns of the denim, print, and swirl flowers. I created the leaves by cutting circles of green felt and gluing one end closed.

Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day! I couldn't wait to share these 2 Mother's Day cards I created with the My Little Shoebox "Sew Cute" collection. I just love the dress forms! I added a wee bit of lace on the large dress forms.

I created these cards for my mom, Wendy, and MIL, Gloria. I hope you all had a wonderful Mother's Day. My husband and boys surprised me with a Barnes & Noble Nook. I'm so excited to download my first book and start reading. I'm thinking..."Water for Elephants". Read any good books lately?

My Little Shoebox Sneaks

I've been having so much fun playing with the new "Sew Cute" collection from My Little Shoebox. I couldn't resist showing you a few sneak peaks of my projects. I'll be sharing these complete projects over the next few weeks on the MLS blog and here on my blog. Isn't this collection just "sew cute"? :) I love all of the sewing embellies and fun stitched papers.
