XOXO to you...
Have you visited the XOXO Girls challenge site? SO fun and full of inspiration. The incredible XOXO girls create layouts on the 1st and 15th of every month. Your mission...to scraplift their super cool designs. I had fun lifting Rachel's layout, "Tan". This is my take, "Party Girlz". I used a pic of my pretty neices from a wedding this past Summer. I loved fussy cutting those beautiful blooms from Webster's Pages. Don't you just love that blingy journaling circle? It is a self-adhesive frame from Making Memories called Glitter Bling. I have to get my hands on more of these. Hop on over to say hi to the XOXO girls and join in on the fun!

A Little Froggie said...
Don't you just love these cute little stamps by Pink Persimmon. The set is called Ribbit. I created this fun little card with papers by Sassafras Lass and Webster's Pages (butterfly). I love the trims that Sassafras Lass has on the bottom of their papers. They are perfect to add to the edges of cards. I colored the images with Pental markers. They are so yummy! Visit Pink Persimmon to check out all of their amazing stamps. They have a banner collection that is on my wish list.
Also on my mind...we are on a mission at Candy Shoppe Designs to increase our followers to 300 by Valentine's Day. Today, we are at 283. Won't you come on over and become a follower? There is no crazy hazing or mind control....but, there are fabulous challenge, amazing prizes, and super COOL inspiration. We would love to have you join.

Winter Memories
I love creating my own chipboard albums. My family laughs at my obsession with cardboard. I am always cutting apart cardboard boxes and packing to create albums and chipboard accents. I created this album with my favorite KIKI Arts patterned papers and fun winter photos of my family.
I used similar elements on each page to unify the album, such as circles for journaling, music sheets, and snowflakes. I also printed winter words to highlight each page. No matter how you create your mini-albums, have fun and share the results with us at Kiki Art.

Let it Snow
We officially have our first real snow day of the winter. Not just a dusting, but a real "play in the snow" day. We only get a few good snows per winter, so we enjoyed this beautiful day. I slipped away from my work day to play outside with the doggies and take some winter pics. No school today or tomorrow, so I'm planning on making snow angels again tomorrow :)

Tiny floral punchies by Fiskars. Glitter glue is Sulyn Industries. Cursive Thickers are by American Crafts. Chipboard letters by Basic Grey. Ribbon is by Wright's. Rub-ons are by K & Co.

Happy New Year!
Happy New Year to you! I am spending a wonderful day in my craft studio creating lots of fun projects. Hubby is watching football and the kids are playing with friends outside. Life is good. I wanted to share a few projects I have been working on.
I love these patterned papers by Scenic Route, My Little Shoebox, and TPC Studio. The stamps are from October Afternoon. This Valentine's photo is a few years old, but so adorable. I couldn't resist pairing it with these sweet little birdies.
I love the vintage feel of this holiday Pink Paislee collection. I added this great Santa stamp I purchased just a few days ago. This is a photo of Kevin and I after our all-day Christmas shopping adventure.
